Mr. James Nysather is CEO & Founder of Global Business Parks (GBP).  Prior to founding GBP he was Director of Business Development for BASAY International a consulting company assisting SMEs enter Asian markets.  Prior to BASAY he spent over 9 years in positions of increasing responsibility at UTStarcom in China and the U.S.  In China he coordinated marketing and trade show activities before founding UTStarcom University which trained customers in the installation and maintenance of their products.  After a break to attend graduate school, Mr. Nysather returned to UTStarcom as a Director of Business Development in charge of OEM partnerships, corporate investments and M&A activities.
Mr. Nysather earned his B.S. degree in Marketing and East Asian Studies from Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota and an MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management in Phoenix, Arizona.  He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversant in Japanese.
