Facilities Finding the right office space may be a challenge. Even in the current environment, negotiating fair market rates, terms and conditions, including the duration of the lease should fit in with your business plan. Olga Karobkoff has served as Interim CFO at over twenty five venture financed companies in a wide range of industries; including hardware, software, bio-tech, internet, and media. Her experience ranges from early seed rounds to successful M&A. She regularly works with board members and delivers board presentations.
In 2002 Olga co-founded AccuStart, Inc. to provide efficient hands-on services in finance, audit, human resources, budgeting, contract administration, and stock administration – freeing entrepreneurs to concentrate on building their business. She built the AccuStart team with experienced individuals capable of working and delivering in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
Prior to AccuStart, Olga spent five years as CFO at Aeluros, Inc., where she managed all financial and administrative functions of the company and led the finance team through a successful M&A. At CrossLogix, Inc. as one of the original employees she established policies and procedures as well as managed finance and administration, including remote domestic and foreign offices. Prior to that, she managed the finances associated with government and commercial contracts at SRI International. Olga holds a BA in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College.
Suzie brings with her over 10 years experience in finance, accounting, tax, and business administration. As a Financial Consultant at Aeluros Inc. she organized the accounting department, executed daily operations, and led the company through audit. Her previous experience included 4 years at CrossLogix, Inc. as the Assistant Controller where she had hands-on experience and supervisory responsibilities in the accounting department, general administration, and coordination of facilities. As a partner in Coastside Printers Suzie gained extensive experience in all aspects of the printing business and was instrumental when the company transitioned from a partnership to sole proprietorship. Prior to that Suzie’s familiarity and understanding of financial reporting and taxes resulted from working in a CPA firm. She holds a BA in Business Management from San Jose State University.
