About Duyen Nguyen
Duyen Nguyen is Of Counsel in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation groups, servicing both the Sacramento and San Francisco offices. She is experienced in defending employers in state and federal courts in labor and employment matters involving race, age, gender, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract claims, among others.
Duyen also advises clients on labor and employment issues related to the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Family Medical Leave Act/California Family Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, the Warn Act, wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
In addition to her labor and employment practice, Duyen is experienced in litigating complex business matters ranging from the misappropriation of trade-secret claims to publicity rights, unfair business practices, partnerships, class actions, and real-estate matters. Duyen has also represented health care providers in regulatory, corporate compliance and litigation matters. Duyen is experienced in all phases of litigation up to and including trial.
