Central Taiwan Science Park is consisted of Taichung Site, Huwei Site and Houli Site. Taichung Site covered the jurisdictions of Taichung County and Taichung City with a total area of 413 Hectares.

Yunlin Site is located in Huwei Township of Yunlin County with a total area of 96 hectares. The development project for the site commenced in Dec. 2003, which is again, synchronized with the plant building of firms.

Houli Site is located in Houli Township of Taichung County. It is about 11 km away from Taichung Site with an area of 246 hectares, which consisted of 134 Houli Farm of Taiwan Sugar Corp. and 112 hectare of Chisin Farm of Taiwan Sugar Corp. The development of the site is also synchronized with the plant building of firms, commenced in Mar. 2006.
